City of Rochester issued the following on Sep. 21
Subpoenas Issued by Council for Independent Investigation
The City Council, Acting through Andrew G. Celli, Jr, the independent investigator appointed to investigate the City's response to the Prude incident, issued four subpoenas today. Copies of the subpoenas are attached. Mr. Celli does not expect to have additional public comments at this time.
