Cost of college went up for all students at Roberts Wesleyan College

Tuition and fees rose 2.9 percent for 2018-19 at Roberts Wesleyan College, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

New York students paid $31,568 to attend the four-year private not-for-profit institution this year – $882 more than the $30,686 charged for 2017-18.

Data shows 98 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 208 students received grants or scholarships totaling $4.1 million and 153 students took out student loans totaling more than $1.3 million.

Including all undergraduates (1,739), 1,194 students used grants or scholarships totaling $20.7 million, and 927 students took out $7.4 million in federal student loans.
