City of Rochester recently issued the following announcement
Event: No Cost Covid Tests and Flu Vaccinations at Select Rochester Churches
When: October 9, 2020
Where: Greater Harvest Church 121 Driving Park Ave. Rochester, NY 14613
The community can get free COVID-19 testing and flu shots at select local churches. Clinicians will provide a general health screening, including temperature, blood pressure and education about coronavirus symptoms.
Testing and flu shots are provided at no cost to participants. Individuals with insurance are asked to bring their cards for submissions of claims, which are covered at no additional cost or co-pay, even for those with deductibles.
The City of Rochester, County of Monroe, Black Physicians Network of Greater Rochester, Rochester Black Nurses Association, Common Ground Health, Finger Lakes Performing Provider System, Jordan Health, Ibero American Action League, Rochester Regional Health, NYS Department of Health, Regional Health Reach, University of Rochester and Wegmans.
