NYSDOT is advising motorists to expect periodic delays at the Colonel Patrick O’Rorke Memorial Bridge over the Genesee River in Charlotte between 9am-2pm November 29-30, December 6-7 and December 13-14 as Monroe County DOT conducts intermittent lifts to train new bridge operators.
