What a wonderful weekend! Monroe County 4-H was at Springdale Farms this past weekend educating youth about what plants cows eat. Youth also got to see how dairy farms work thanks to the Colby family, and learned about composting, strawberry patches, and nutrition thanks to the Cornell team. How exciting!
