Brighton (Monroe County) home prices fall in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Brighton in Monroe County fell by $2,250 while total sales increased by 236.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 74 homes sold, with a median sale price of $173,750 - a 1.3% decrease over the $176,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Brighton in June 2016.
