Mount Read home prices fall in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Mount Read fell by $57,220 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $80,500 - a 41.5% decrease over the $137,720 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Mount Read in the first half of 2016.
