Brighton (Monroe County) home prices fall in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Brighton in Monroe County fell by $35,000 while total sales increased by 605.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 120 homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,000 - a 17.1% decrease over the $205,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Brighton in the second quarter of 2016.
