On Sunday, April 13, former Penfield High School standout Gage Wheaton’s current college team, the Niagara Purple Eagles, won 14-4 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Siena Saints.

The game took place at Connors Park. This was their third matchup against the Saints this season.

The Purple Eagles’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 15 at 3 p.m. at Dick Rockwell Field against Le Moyne Dolphins.
