Joseph Morelle, a U.S. Congressman representing New York’s 25th district, recently shared insights on his legislative priorities and personal experiences via social media. Joseph Morelle was born in Utica, New York in 1957 and currently resides in Irondequoit. He graduated from the State University of New York at Geneseo with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1986.
