Joe Morelle, a U.S. Congressman representing New York’s 25th district, recently shared several messages on social media covering diverse topics from historical remembrance to congratulatory notes for community achievements.
On December 7, 2024, Morelle commemorated the anniversary of the Pearl Harbor attack with a solemn message. He stated, “Today marks the 83rd anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor. We remember and mourn the servicemembers and civilians who tragically lost their lives during this attack on our country. We will never forget those who made the ultimate sacrifice that day.”
Later that day, Morelle extended his congratulations to interns in his Washington D.C. office upon their project completions. He remarked, “Congratulations to our DC Office fall interns on the completion of their final projects! Interns are an invaluable part of our team, and I have no doubt these talented young people will go on to do extraordinary things. Best of luck in your next adventures!”
On December 8, 2024, Morelle recognized a local organization’s achievements in Rochester.
