He stated, “Interested in learning about the legislative process and the functions of a Congressional office? We’re looking for interns in our Rochester, NY and Washington, DC offices. Fill out an application today!”
In another post at 22:22 UTC, Morelle highlighted his collaboration with Bryan Fair, interim President of the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), focusing on voting rights. He said, “Grateful to join Bryan Fair, interim President of @splcenter to discuss our shared work to safeguard voters’ rights across the country. As top democrat on @HouseAdm_Dems, I’ll keep fighting to ensure every American has the right to vote confidently in free and fair elections.”
Joseph Morelle has served as U.S. Representative for New York’s 25th district since replacing Louise Slaughter in 2018 and previously held office in the New York State Assembly from 1991 to 2018.
