Irondequoit High School standout Joe Wintermute’s college team lost in NCAA Division II baseball game on Saturday, March 29

On Saturday, March 29, former Irondequoit High School standout Joe Wintermute’s current college team, the Salem Tigers, lost 7-6 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the West Virginia State Yellow Jackets.

The game took place at Calvin L. Bailey Field. This was their second matchup against the Yellow Jackets this season.

The Tigers’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 30 at 1 p.m. at Welch Athletic Complex against Charleston Golden Eagles.
